This project involved the extension and refurbishment of the Meninya Medical Clinic, expanding the existing facility while providing a contemporary new street frontage and additional functional space for the medical practice.

The works included structural alterations and extensions to the existing building, new wall and roof framing, extensive commercial glazing, internal partitions and finishes, flooring, cabinetry and associated building services. Careful integration with the existing structure was required throughout construction to create a seamless transition between the original building and the new works.

Externally, the project delivered a complete façade upgrade, incorporating modern glazing, feature timber cladding, new architectural finishes and signage to create a professional and welcoming entrance to the clinic.

The completed extension provides additional modern consulting and clinical spaces, improving the functionality of the practice while giving Meninya Medical Clinic a fresh and distinctive presence within the streetscape.

The clinic remained operation throughout he build so careful planning was coordinated to minimise disruption in the live working environment.
