In 2025 we were awarded the Northern Regional Building Award for Excellence in Construction of Commercial Buildings $3M – $6M for the Kyabram Club Extension.
A Premier Hospitality Project by Tact Constructions. This project involved extensive demolition, including removal of external and internal walls, floor finishes, ceiling elements, part of the roof, bathrooms, terrace, fencing, and outdoor play structures. Existing hydraulic, mechanical, fire, and electrical services were capped and relocated, including the gas meter, hot water system, and rainwater tank. A new terrace extension was constructed with concrete floors, masonry and veneer walls, glazing, steel framing, and metal roofing. The new terrace with provided a new bar, bathrooms, an indoor kids playroom with a fabric-clad operable wall, and ancillary rooms. Existing bathrooms between the kitchen and lounge were refurbished. All works were completed while maintaining full club operations.
