Director

Lachlan Cohen brings more than 18 years of construction industry experience across residential and commercial projects, ranging from small-scale developments through to multi-million-dollar builds. With extensive leadership experience across Tier 2 and Tier 3 construction companies, Lachlan oversees estimating and pre-construction planning, combining strong project delivery knowledge with a disciplined focus on quality, efficiency and client outcomes.

Gavin Law

Director

With a strong background in carpentry and residential construction, Gavin Law leads on-site construction management and project delivery across Tact Constructions. After previously founding and operating his own successful building company in Echuca, Gavin developed a reputation for exceptional workmanship, reliable leadership and practical construction expertise that supports high-quality outcomes throughout every stage of the build.

Phoebe Cohen oversees operations, systems, financial management and business development across Tact Constructions, bringing more than 11 years of construction industry experience to the business. With a background spanning construction administration, estimating support and client management, Phoebe plays a key role in supporting communication, organisation and client care throughout the construction journey.
