Tact Constructions delivered a major refurbishment and upgrade of the existing JJ Richards Bendigo workshop, creating a modern, functional facility designed to support the demands of heavy vehicle servicing and maintenance.

The project involved extensive upgrades to the workshop and service bays, including new internal and external wall cladding, large industrial roller doors, concrete works and drainage, vehicle service infrastructure, compressed air systems, electrical and lighting upgrades, high-volume workshop fans and dedicated wash-down facilities.

Supporting amenities were also upgraded, with new office spaces, staff facilities, hand-wash stations, emergency safety equipment and associated hydraulic and mechanical services incorporated throughout the facility.

Delivered within an operational industrial environment, the refurbishment required careful staging and coordination to integrate the new works with the existing facility while maintaining safe and practical access for ongoing operations.

The completed project provides JJ Richards with a significantly upgraded workshop that is durable, efficient and purpose-built for its day-to-day fleet maintenance operations.
