This project involved demolition of existing facilities and construction of new public amenities in Elmore, delivering a modern, accessible and durable facility designed to service the local community and visitors to the area.

The works included the construction of new unisex and accessible amenities, together with associated concrete works, plumbing, electrical services, external finishes and surrounding infrastructure. The facility incorporates a large protective roof structure and covered walkway, providing shelter and improving accessibility for users.

A key architectural feature of the project is the custom perforated metal screening, incorporating imagery that reflects the local character of Elmore. The screening provides privacy and protection while creating a distinctive public building that complements its community setting.

The completed facility combines functionality, accessibility and low-maintenance materials to provide a robust public asset designed for long-term community use.
